Warm-Up & Conditioning (10 min)

Dynamic warm-up targeting grip, shoulders, and core — the foundations of fluid pole movement.

Transition Drills (15 min)

Focused practice on specific transition techniques — entry, exit, and linking movements.

Flow Sequences (25 min)

Guided flow sequences combining spins, transitions, and floor work into connected movement.

Fitted shorts and a tank top or sports bra. Skin contact with the pole is important for grip, so avoid long pants or leggings that cover your legs completely. No lotion on skin before class.

At UNDRGRND Movement Southport, Pole Flow – Foundations classes will develop your ability to transition between spins, holds, and floor work with control and grace. The focus is on movement quality — how you move, not just what you do. Students at our Gold Coast studio will develop a personal movement style that is expressive, fluid, and confident.
