Booking Policies

Cancel up to 24 hours before class for full credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time may forfeit the class credit. Please contact us as early as possible if you are unable to attend.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to change and warm up. Entry after 10 minutes may be refused for safety reasons — particularly for aerial and pole classes where a proper warm-up is essential to prevent injury.
Arrive 15 minutes early to complete your waiver and meet your instructor. What to bring: water bottle, towel, and appropriate clothing for your class type. See the "Preparing for Your Class" section below for specific clothing requirements by program.
Recovery Movement classes require medical clearance from your treating practitioner before attending. Please contact us prior to booking a Recovery class to discuss your requirements. This policy exists to ensure your safety and the safety of other students.
