Tween Exploration

Discover your strengths — explore disciplines, build real strength and find your voice through movement.

Explore, Discover, Grow

Tween Exploration meets young people aged 11 to 14 right where they are — curious, capable and ready to find what moves them. This program lets tweens explore a range of disciplines, from urban and contemporary dance to aerial silks and movement conditioning.

It's a stage all about discovery and identity. Tweens develop genuine strength, technique and coordination while building the confidence and self-expression that carry far beyond the studio — all in a supportive space that grows with them as their skills develop.

FAQ

My child is new to movement — is Tween Exploration still suitable?

Yes. While tweens take on more complex work, the program is beginner-friendly and meets each child at their level, whether they're new or continuing from Junior Academy.
