It’s our most advanced section, but committed newcomers aged 14–17 are welcome. The focus is serious technique and strength, scaled to each teen’s starting point.
Technique, strength and performance across the movement arts — dance, aerial and conditioning — with real goals and standards for motivated young movers.
Classes are $35 each. Each program shows its own length and total when it opens for enrolment — or express your interest and we’ll help you choose the right one.
Yes. Participants are required to purchase the official UNDRGRND program uniform. The cost is $49.00 (incl. GST).
